Carrot salad and soy

  • Carrot: - kg
  • Passes: 80 gr
  • Soy: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon: 1
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.


Peel and grate the carrots. Stir in the raisins. Join the soybean, the lemon juice, olive oil and season with salt. Let stand for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
