Carrot salad

  • Carrot: 400 gr
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar: ½ coffee spoon
  • Chopped parsley: taste.


Wash, shave and grate the carrots. Involve them in a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
