Rabbit with Beer

  • -1,2 kg rabbit
  • -1 bay leaf
  • -3,5 dl of beer
  • -50 ml of olive oil
  • -2 tablespoons of chopped onion
  • -1 tablespoon flour
  • -2 tomatoes, chopped
  • -500 gr peas, frozen
  • -salt and pepper to taste.


Cut the rabbit into small pieces and sprinkle them with salt, pepper, bay leaf and the beer. Let take taste, for 20 minutes. Drain and reserve the marinada.Leve to heat the olive oil and add the pieces of rabbit. Let blush, and only after, add the onion.

Wait for stir-fry a little and sprinkle with flour. Add the tomatoes and the liquid from the marinade and mix well. Cover and cook for 25 minutes.

Five minutes before the end of cooking, add the peas and wait for it to finish cooking. In the end, check the seasoning.
