  • 8 sheets of gelatin lacquer
  • 2.5 dl of milk
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package vanilla(sweet mouth)
  • 1 tablespoon(tea) of corn starch.
  • 4 dl of fresh cream
  • 100 g of chocolate chip cookies
  • 8 coasters type maria
  • oil for greasing
  • milk and chocolate powder.


1. Grease a pan chimney with oil. Demolhe the leaves of gelatin in cold water. Take the milk on the stove with the condensed milk, eggs and vanilla pod, open in the middle, and the cornstarch. Let the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Take some of this cream for your dates and book it. For the rest, join the gelatin sheets drained and stir to dissolve. Leave to cool. Whip cream and involve them in the cream already cold.

2. Pass the chocolate chip cookies with milk and put it in the form, alternating with the cream. Finally, cover with the biscuits type maria and I eve to the freezer for about 40 minutes. Unmold top with the cream reserved and sprinkle lightly with powdered chocolate.
