  • 12 eggs
  • 12 c granulated sugar
  • 2 c tablespoon flour, corn starch.
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup port wine
  • 0.5 l of milk
  • caramel


Separate to a bowl 1 whole egg and 11 gems. Add the sugar. Give it a stir. Add the juice of 1 orange, 1 glass of port wine and milk (not all).

Leave a little bit of milk to undo the 2 tablespoons of flour, corn starch, and then add everything. Stir everything very well - it is not necessary to stand mixer.

Grease the form of pudding with caramel. Heat for 45 minutes approximately. Unmold in the cold. Good appetite!
