Pork chops of Tomatada

  • 4 pork chops
  • 100 g of mushrooms rolled
  • 2 dl of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of lard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of sugar


Melt the two fat and fry the pork chops on both sides. Remove them from the pan and keep them in a dish aquecido.Junte fat, onion and garlic both chopped. Let cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato without skins nor seeds and finely chopped, tomato paste, and the pinch of açúcar.Deixe to cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the broth carne.Tempere with salt and pimenta.Deixe boil a little so that the sauce apure.

Place the chops to the pan and leave to win taste.

Add the mushrooms rolled, let it cook for a few more brief minutos.Sirva accompanied with fried potatoes or white rice.
