Loin of Pork with Orange Juice

  • 1 Kg. of pork loin
  • Mass of garlic
  • Ground pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 glass of Port Wine
  • Juice of 3 oranges Lard


Gives a few blows in the pork loin, put on a baking sheet and season with mass garlic, ground pepper and bay leaves matches, irrigation with Port Wine and take it to the refrigerator until the next day. On the day you put up a nozinhas of lard and wash them in the oven.
