  • 1 Leg of pork
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • White wine
  • A few drops of lemon
  • Coarse salt
  • 7 or 8 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 onions
