Toast with Emmental cheese and ham

  • Bread in the familiar way: 4 slices
  • Ham: 1 slice with 100 gr
  • Cheese Emmental grated or sliced: 200 gr
  • Butter: 50 gr


Cut the slices of bread in the shape of triangles and the tower them in the oven or toaster. Cut the ham into small cubes. Pour the cheese Emmental and the butter in a saucepan and bring to simmer, stirring with a wooden spoon, until the cheese is melted. Add the ham and mix very well. Barre the toast with the prepared earlier and serve.
