  • Salt: taste.
  • Olive: taste.
  • In canned tuna: 30 gr.
  • Butter or margarine: 30 gr.
  • Loaf of bread: 0.5 Kg
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Lemon: taste.


Cut the loaf of bread lengthwise in 5 slices thick 1 cm each. Trim the code. Make a thin paste with the tuna and the butter, and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Barre the slices with the folder prepared. Sprinkle with finely chopped olives. With the help of a strip of plastic, slightly moist, wrap separately each slice. Take it to the refrigerator for a few minutes. Remove the plastic and let it dry a little. Cutting these rolls into slices and serve in dishes.
