Sandwich au gratin

  • Loaf of bread without code: 1 packaging
  • Cream: 2 packages
  • Cheese: 250 gr
  • Ham: 250 gr
  • Sausage or ham: 150 gr
  • Grated cheese: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Margarine: taste.


Grease a rectangular shape with margarine and arrange slices of bread with no code at the bottom of the form, covering the entire surface. Put on this layer the sliced cheese, ham, sausage or ham in the past, or if you prefer, minced meat already cooked. Season to taste. Cover the 2nd layer with the remaining slices of bread in a way, making a sandwich. Pour the cream over the top of the prepared, sticking with a fork so that infuse well bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
