  • Tomato: 2
  • Avocado: 2
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Lemon: 1
  • Chili mexican, powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chapata: 2 slices


Peel the garlic and rub this on the inside of a bowl. Avocados are cut in half, pulling out the lumps. Crushing, with a fork, avocados. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Mix the mass of avocado the juice from the lemon and chili. Spread half of the mixture of avocados on each slice of chapata. Rolls-if the chapata as if it were a piece of cake and cut into slices 2 cm. Is ready.
