  • Loaf of bread: 12 slices
  • Mozzarella: 12 slices
  • Provolone cheese cut into slices: 50 gr
  • Tomato without the skin, nor seed: 250 g
  • Caper or olive: to taste
  • Anchovy paste: to taste
  • Oregon: to taste
  • Oil: to taste


Carefully cut the crust of the bread slices. Heat the oil and the bread slices on both sides. Go running down to the extent that fritarem.

Remove them with the help of a slotted spoon and place them on absorbent paper. Arrange them in a baking dish, one next to the other. Cut the slices of mozzarella on each slice of fried bread.

Cover with a sauce made of anchovies, or some little bits of fillets anchovies, 2 diamonds of provolone, two or 3 capers, or small pieces of olives. Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes more, or less, that is, until the cheese has melted.

Serves pizzas fingidas quentinhas. If you want to cut the bread in an original manner, using molds biscuits.
