Pizza with mushrooms and wild

  • Olive oil, extra to serve: 1 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Cloves of garlic (crushed): 2
  • Mixture of wild mushrooms (sliced): 250 g
  • Mushrooms brown (sliced): 250 g
  • Spinach baby: 100 g
  • Lemon (juice): 1/2
  • Pizza dough cool: 2-Packing
  • Goat cheese spreads (creamy): 125 g
  • Green onions (chopped): 2 Tbsp
  • Heat the oven to 200 c.:


Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan on high heat. When it is hot, add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms start to wither. Add the spinach with the lemon juice.

Cook until the spinach begin to wither. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. Cut the pizza dough in small circles, or use a whole. Spread the goat cheese for the foundations of pizza and place in an oven tray lined with parchment paper.

Divide the mixture of mushrooms by the pizzas and drizzle with oil, place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes or until they begin to become golden. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions.

If you want to serve it with a spoon of cream fraiche.
