Pizza fluffy mushrooms and ham

  • Mix mushroom: 300 gr
  • Cowboy garlic: 60 gr
  • Ham: 200 gr (1 thick slice)
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper mill: taste.
  • Cowboy net: taste.
  • Loaf of bread without code: 6 slices
  • Egg: 3
  • Milk: 1,5 dl
  • Reineta apple: 1
  • Cheese mozzarella in wires: 100 gr


Turn on the oven, and set it to 200 °C. Wash the mushrooms, drain well and chop them in pieces. Melt the cowboy of garlic in a large frying pan, add the mushrooms and let stir-fry over medium heat the strong. However cut the ham into the data. Add the ham to the mushrooms, stir well and season with salt and ground pepper at the time. Remove from the heat. Brush on a baking tray with cowboy net and cover the bottom with the slices of bread in a way. Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the bread slices. On top sprinkle the prepared mushrooms and ham. Peel the apples, cut into strips and distribute over the surface of the pie. Sprinkle with the cheese mozarela and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
