  • Flour: 500 gr
  • Yeast bar cool: 0,25 gr
  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Table salt: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Flour
  • Flour type 55: 400 gr
  • Flour type 65: 100 gr
  • Liquid
  • Milk: 1


Put the two types of flour in a bowl of stainless steel. Dissolve very well the baker's yeast in warm milk and add the salt fine. Finally add the remaining ingredients, since it does not have the right order.
