Cucumber sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Cucumber: 1
  • Vinegar: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 1/2 cup
  • Cream cheese: 1/2 packaging
  • Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoons
  • Loaf of bread fresh, without code: 8 slices
  • Mint leaves: the taste

Directions

Chop slightly peel the cucumber all the way around, with a fork. Cut it into rounds 2 to 3 cm.

Mix the vinegar with water, and dip the slices of cucumber for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with cheese cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Chop coarsely some mint leaves and mix.

Dry the slices of cucumber between two sheets of plastic-backed absorbent paper.

Spread the cream cheese and the cucumber by slices of bread, cut into triangles and serve to accompany a cup of tea.
