  • Unsalted butter: 100 g
  • Flour: 225 g
  • Whole egg: 1
  • Milk: 3 Tablespoons
  • Salt fine: A pinch
  • Caramel
  • Almond laminated: 150 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Butter: 100 g
  • Milk: 3 Tablespoons


Dough: mix the sugar with the butter until it is creamy. Add the egg and milk. Bata. Involving the flour and the salt. Light the oven pre-heated to 200 C for ten minutes.

n the meantime make the caramel: Take the sugar, butter and almond by the fire, and up to caramelize. Remove from the heat and add the milk. Pour over the top of the dough and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
