Tart with milk cream

  • Mass areada sweet (pie): 400 g
  • eggs: 4
  • sugar 1/4 Cup
  • vanilla essence: 2 tablespoons (tea)
  • corn starch: 1 tablespoon)
  • milk: 1 1/4 cups
  • Nutmeg ground: to taste.


Roll out dough on a surface sprinkled with flour. Line a form of pie with 20 cm in diameter. Bake in the oven, covered with aluminium foil, 200 c for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they start to earn color. Remove the foil and again put in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes to dry.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, without making foam and then dicione the essence of vanilla. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of milk. Join the eggs the remaining milk.

Pour in the dough ready with the help of a belt loop. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 200 c for 5 minutes. Then, reduce it to 160ºC and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until firm.
