Ingredients

  • Mass
  • Flour: 175 g
  • Softened butter: 90 g
  • Chilled water: 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Stuffing
  • Smoked salmon: 300 g
  • Broccoli: 100 g
  • Cottage cheese: 2
  • Eggs: 3
  • Spring onions chopped: 2

Directions

Mix the flour with the butter until the dough is esfarelada. Add a little water to work the mass.

When you are consistent, extend about a pie previously greased. Take it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180.

Extend the dough with a sheet of parchment paper, cover with some dried beans, and let the dough to bake for 10 minutes. Remove the beans and the role and take the dough in the oven again while preparing filling.

Boil the broccoli. Cut the salmon into pieces. With the magic wand, beat the cream cheese and eggs. Mix with salmon, broccoli and onions, chopped. Sprinkle the dough, bake in the oven and cook (about 30 minutes).
