Quiche tomatoes and broccoli

  • Base
  • Flour: 150 g
  • Margarine: 85 g
  • Cold water: 2 tablespoons
  • Stuffing
  • Cherry tomatoes: 100 g
  • Broccoli: 100 g
  • Island cheese grated: 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cream: 2 dl



Pour the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center. Throw margarine, cut into pieces and mix with the fingers. The dough should be thin and esfarelada. Add a little water to turn on. Work the dough until homogeneous, wrap in cling film and book in the refrigerator.

After 20 minutes, roll out dough on a tarteira, chop the fund with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 10 minutes.


Cut the tomatoes in half, and the branches of the broccoli.

Beat the eggs with the cream.

Pour the vegetable on the mass of the pie. Cover with a mixture of eggs with whipped cream and finally with the grated cheese.

Bake in the oven durnate 20 minutes, or until the filling to be cooked.
