Quiche Tofu with Mushrooms

  • Tofu: 250 g
  • Tomatoes: 3
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 3 teeth
  • Mushrooms: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Soy sauce: to taste.
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Eggs (chicken of the field created in the open air): 3
  • Cream of Oats: taste.
  • Mass broken integral for pies: 1 packaging


Reupholstering a tarteira with the mass. In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic, sliced onions, tofu and tomato to the cubes, the mushrooms to the “slices” and add parsley to taste.

To temper everything with soy sauce and stir well. In a bowl, mix the eggs and cream of oats. Lay out the prepared in tarteira and sprinkle with a mixture of eggs with the cream.

Put in the oven at 180 for about 40/45 minutes (oven pre-heated).
