Quiche chicken with green peas

  • Chicken breast: 500 g
  • Salt: 1 coffee spoon
  • Flour: 250 g
  • Cold water: 1 dl
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Peas in the tin: 400 g
  • Grated cheese: 100 g
  • Eggs: 6
  • Skimmed milk: 2 dl
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Bake the chicken breast in water seasoned with salt.
