Pie, yoghurt and fruit

  • Base
  • Flour unleavened: 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Cream (cut with a little lemon juice): 2 tablespoons
  • Stuffing
  • Greek yogurt: 3 packaging
  • Kiwi: 2
  • Strawberries: 100 g



Mix the flour, a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Go incorporating the softened butter until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

Mix in the whipped cream cut with lemon juice and a scoop of ice-cold water. Involved in the flour mixture, wrap in plastic wrap for your dates and book in the fridge for an hour.

Turn on the oven to 180. Take the dough from the refrigerator, and form a circular base and line the bottom of a form of fund-removable. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Let it cool while you prepare the stuffing.


Wash and cut the strawberries in rooms peel and cut the kiwis in slices.

Stir in the yogurt with the rest of the sugar. Spread on the bottom of the pie.

Decorate with fruit.
