Pie with mushrooms and bacon

  • Puff pastry, fresh: 1 packaging
  • Bacon pieces: 200 g
  • Mushrooms: 200 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Broth knorr vegetable (optional): 1 cube
  • Nutmeg: 1 pinch
  • Eggs: 3
  • Cream: 200 ml
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: the taste


Heat the bacon in a frying pan with a little olive oil. When you are blond, add the chopped onion and the garlic, until the onion is translucent (soft). Add the dried mushrooms and broth Knorr, and let it cook a little longer. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Line a tarteira with puff pastry and chop the fund with a fork. In a cup, add the eggs, cream, nutmeg, and parsley, season salt (very little, because the bacon is already a little salt and pepper and involves very well. Spread the mixture of bacon on the bottom of the pie, and pour over the preparation of the eggs. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until it is well douradinha.

You can serve it hot or cold, as a main meal accompanied by salad or vegetables (I followed it up with esparregado turnip), or as an input.
