  • Wafer Maria: 1 Box
  • Butter: 1 Tablespoon
  • Condensed milk light: 1 Tin
  • Half-skimmed milk: 1 Can (of condensed milk as a measure)
  • Gelatin: 2 Sheets
  • Chocolate for cooking: 4 Meters
  • Eggs: 2
  • Whipped cream without sugar: 1 Package
  • Strawberries: The taste


To make the base crush the biscuits and mix them together with the softened butter. If you are not able to shape the tarte add a little butter. Mold the pie in a tarteira and bake in the hot oven, 200 deg c for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Heat the milk condensed with the normal milk and chocolate. When you begin to boil, remove from the heat and let it cool. Add the beaten egg yolks and bring it back to the heat until the mixture thickens. Join the gelatin sheets hydrated previously in the water. When this mixture is cold and add the beaten egg whites into the castle. Place the chocolate cream in tarteira and take it to the refrigerator.

When the pie is cool place the whipped cream and strawberries.
