  • For the mass areada
  • Flour: : 0,5 kg
  • Butter: 125 gr
  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • For the filling
  • Papaya: 1 with 1.5 kg
  • Sugar: 0.50 kg
  • Egg: 5
  • Butter: 1 scoop
  • Lemon: taste.
  • Vanilla: taste.
  • Milk: from 0.25 lt



To make the dough and fill the tarteira after greased with butter and powdered with sugar (hence the name of mass areada).


Boil the papaya without peel and grate. Add the butter, sugar, eggs and flour. Bake it in the oven in the form lined with the mass areada.

Decorate with papaya mature.
