Pie olives, tomatoes and anchovies

  • Mass broken fresh: 1 packaging
  • Pitted black olives: 200 g
  • Tomato: 2
  • Anchovies pickled: 2 cans
  • Eggs: 3
  • Cream: 2 dl
  • Grated cheese: 50 g
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Roll out dough wrapped in a tarteira. Beat with a fork and bake in the oven as well warm up for 10 minutes.

Descaroce the olives and cut them in half. Cut the tomatoes and anchovies in pieces.

To the party, beat the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the tarteira from the oven and sprinkle on it all the olives, tomato, and the achovas. Pour over beaten eggs with the cream. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for baking (25 to 30 minutes to 180). Unmold and serve with a good salad.
