Cream: Heat the milk. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sweetener and the corn starch and add the hot milk, wire, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into a pan and heat and stir until boiling. Remove, add the grated lemon rind, stir and leave to cool.

Mass: Turn on the oven to 180. Barre a form of pie with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the eggs into a bowl, add the sweetener and beat well. Then add the oil, continuing to beat, and add it to the flour and the yeast, mixing well until the dough is smooth.

Throw in the form and bake 12 minutes. Remove, unmold and let it cool. Top with the cream and decorate it with the kiwis, cut slices.
