  • Mass
  • Wafer Maria: 2 Packages
  • Melted butter: 250 g
  • Stuffing
  • Cheese Philadelphia: 200 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Fresh cream: 2 Packages (small)
  • Port wine: 5 Tablespoons
  • Gelatin: 6 Sheets
  • Syrup
  • Fruits of the forest


Mass: Grind the wafer mary to be in powder and mix with the butter. Spread by a tarteira to be homogeneous and without holes. Take it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.


Beat the cheese with sugar and add the cream and the Port wine. Dissolve the gelatin sheets in water (as indicated on the package), and mix well in the preparation of the previous. Place in tarteira and take it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours until firm.

Syrup: Place the fruits of the forest in a tachinho with a little water, jelly, and sugar. Lightweight medium-low heat until it is in syrup. Cover the pie and serve very fresh.
