  • Sugar: 6 tablespoons
  • Egg: 4
  • For the filling
  • pastry: packaging
  • For the dough
  • Flour, corn starch: 2 tablespoons
  • Milk: 2 dl


Grease a form of pie and sprinkle with flour. Then remove the puff pastry from the packaging, and place it stretched on the way. With the help of a fork chop the mass. Place the dough in the form. Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk and join the eggnog. Heat and let the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and pour in the cream prepared on the dough and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
