Lemon pie merengada

  • Base
  • Wafer maria: 2 packages
  • Egg: 1
  • Stuffing
  • Condensed milk: 1 tin
  • Lemon: 2 tablespoons of juice
  • Lime zest
  • Egg: 4
  • Sugar: 4 tablespoons


The basis:

Put the cookies in a plastic bag and discard it completely. Pour into a bowl and stir in the egg. Work the dough with the tips of the fingers, until you get a consistency hard. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

For the filling:

Separate the eggs. Add the Milk Condensed with the egg yolks, juice and grated lemon rind. Strain the form of a pie with the batter and pour into the prepared earlier. But the egg whites and sugar together until it forms the meringue.

Pour over the top of the prepared and, with the help of a spoon, make small waves on top of it. Bake in the oven (already hot) for a few seconds for browning the meringue.
