Lemon pie

  • cup of wheat flour: 1
  • salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mararina: 100 g
  • cold water: 3 tablespoons
  • condensed milk: 1 tin
  • Lemon juice: 1/2
  • lemon zest: 1 teaspoon


Mix with a fork in the flour, salt and butter until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Pour a few drops of water and stir until the dough drop out of the bowl. Make a ball and then roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Line with the mass of a round form of removable bottom. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes and let cool.

Separately, mix the milk condensed with 5 tablespoons of juice and lemon zest. Pour this mixture over the mass of the pie. Bring it back to the hot oven until golden. When cool, you can decorate doing a reason with a thread of condensed milk.
