  • Apples large: 2 (or 3 medium)
  • Eggs: 4
  • Butter or margarine softened: 125 g
  • Sugar: 250 g ( 1 tablespoon)
  • Flour with leaven: 250 g
  • Lemon juice: 1/2 (lemon)
  • Jelly to paint: taste.


Pre-heat the oven in the 180 C. Peel and slice the apples for a pie or the bottom plate. Add the lemon juice to not oxidem and a tablespoon of sugar, mix well and leave to macerate while you prepare the rest of the recipe. In a bowl, beat well-sugar (250 g) with the softened butter.

Add the eggs, whole, one by one, and finally the flour. Pour this mass for a tarteira and arrange the apple slices on top.

Put in the oven until well douradinha and a toothpick out of the dry interior. Brush with jam before serving.
