  • eggs: 4
  • condensed milk: 1 tin
  • apples: 8
  • the basis of puff pastry: 1
  • Cinnamon: taste.


Start by reupholstering a tarteira, previously greased with puff pastry. Then peel and chop 6 apples and add them to the condensed milk and eggs.

Take it to the blender until smooth. Pour the mixture in the tarteira. Cut the remaining apples into slices and arrange the taste. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven until golden brown.
