Wheat pasta with vegetables

  • Wheat pasta: 500 g
  • Eggplant: 1/2
  • Courgete: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Green pepper: 1/2
  • Red pepper: 1/2
  • Tomatoes, peeled and seeded: 4
  • Sage: taste.
  • Oregano: taste.
  • Paprika: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Lemon juice: taste.
  • Red pepper: taste.


Peel the onion and chop.

Then cut the peppers, courgete and tomato.

In a bowl with lemon juice, add the eggplant, chopped.

Add all of these ingredients mixed with a little salt, paprika, sage, oregano and red pepper in a pan with olive oil. Book.

In another pot, cook the noodles.

When cooked mix with the other ingredients and serve.
