Tortellini with a creamy sauce

  • Tortellini in fresh pasta: 250 g
  • Mushrooms, fresh white: 200 g
  • Bacon smoked cut in pieces: 150 g
  • Cream: 200 ml
  • Olive oil: The taste
  • Salt and pepper: The taste
  • chives, chopped for garnish: 1 Tablespoon


Bake the tortellinis according to the indications of the package, in water seasoned with salt and a dash of olive oil. Book hot.

Sauté the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Book.

Using the fat that fried the bacon and fry the mushrooms, cut into quarters.

When the mushrooms have dropped the net, let it evaporate, season with salt and pepper and add the bacon jumping.

Add the cream and remove from the heat so that you begin to boil.

Join the mass reserved to the sauce, engage and serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped chives.
