Tagliatela with butter bean

  • Butter bean: 1 small Tin
  • Tagliatela: 400 g
  • Meat of pork mince: 300 g
  • Peeled tomatoes: 1 small Tin
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • Cumin powder: taste.
  • Parsley, minced 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Heat a pan with olive oil, allow it to warm up and add the meat and stir the meat until it is loose and douradinha. Add the onion and garlic finely chopped let the onion pop. Add the tomato chopped with the sauce, cumin powder, season with salt and pepper, cover and leave to cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.

Bake the tagliatela in boiling water, seasoned salt for 9 minutes. Add the beans with the sauce to the meat, stir and bring to a boil. Drain the tagliatela and add it to the pot and stir gently.
