Pie noodles

  • Noodles: 250 g
  • Minced meat: 250 g
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Tomatoes peeled (or tomatoes, frozen): 2
  • Cabbage: 1/2
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Grated cheese: taste.
  • Olive oil: A wire


Start by preparing the cabbage, cut in julienne and washing it very well. Then, in a pot take the cabbage to the heat very low, seasoned salt (very little), and without water, to sue in their own steam, and so bake. In a saucepan, bring the chopped onion and the garlic to cook in olive oil. When the onion is settled, add the tomatoes, very finely chopped, and let to establish a little.

Then, add the meat, season with salt and pepper and leave to cook on a low heat, covered, for at least 30 minutes. (If necessary, add a little water) heat another pot with water and salt. When the water boils add the pasta and cook (not cook too). Once cooked, drain. In a tray, place the noodles, and on top of the cabbage, and finally the flesh. Cover with a little grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese has to be golden.
