  • Minced meat: 500 g
  • Lasagne sheets Fresh: 1 packaging
  • Onion: 1
  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Tomatoes Fried: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Wine: to taste.
  • Óregãos: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Milk taste.
  • Grated cheese: taste.
  • Béchamel sauce: 1 package


- Put the onion and garlic ( minced) on the inside of the pan with a little olive oil and let it cook. Shortly after you add the parsley, finely chopped

- Mix the minced meat

- Add a little bit of wine to aromatize

- When the meat is cooked, mix the fried tomato and the bay leaf, oregano, and let boil

- Spices-salt and add a bit of milk

- Let it boil for a minute, and you're ready

- On a plate to go in the oven, put a layer of meat, sheet of pasta, meat and sheet lasagna

- Place a layer of cheese, sauce bechamel, the remaining grated cheese and sprinkle with oregano

- Bake in the oven 180 degrees until douradinha above.
