  • Fettuccine (mass): 600 g
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Cream: 1 Cup
  • ½ Grated parmesan cheese: 1 1/2 Cup
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: 1 Tablespoon
  • Mint to decorate: taste.
