Farfalle with Courgette and Mushrooms

  • Pasta farfalle: taste.
  • Courgette: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomato: 1
  • Mushrooms: taste.
  • Olive oil: 2-wire
  • Soy sauce: to taste.


Start by baking the dough with water, 1 olive oil and salt until it is al dente.

Cut the onions, the tomatoes and diced courgette.

In the wok put 1 drizzle of olive oil, heat up a little bit and add the cut vegetables and mushrooms. Begin to stir-fry the vegetables.

Season with salt, chilli and basil.

When the courgette is almost cooked, add the soy sauce and stir-fry a little longer. If we start to get dry, sprinkle with a little bit of water.

However, to join the mass already cooked to the sauteed vegetables and mix well. Remove from heat and serve.
