Steak with Mushrooms (Recipe healthy)

  • For 2 Persons
  • -200g pork steak (1 steak)
  • - 1 teaspoon of olive oil/ 1 foot of thyme
  • -60 g rice/ salt
  • -2 carrots
  • - 200 g of fresh mushrooms
  • - ½ Branch of salsa/ Pepper
  • -1 aluminium sheet


Cutting a sheet of aluminum that is twice the size of the steaks, place the steaks on top, sprinkle with olive oil (0,5 teaspoon of dessert) and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Fold the foil with some slack and let it sit in the fridge for a day.

Add the rice to 400ml of water and salt to a boil and let simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes, with the pan covered.

Peel the carrots, cut into strips finas.Limpe the mushrooms with water and cut his feet. Cut them into thin rings. Wash and chop the parsley.

Pass the steaks in a non-stick pan with olive oil (0,5 teaspoon of dessert) for 4 minutes on each side. When you put the steak place soon the carrots. When you flip, join the mushrooms.

Sprinkle everything with salt, parsley and pepper. Serve only with salad or salad and rice.

Tip: In case you want to put cream, do not forget to choose the soy!
