  • 2 great steaks but fine for curl
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g of ham
  • 1 chorizo sausage meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1,5 dl of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of white wine


Boil the carrots items 4 to the length and the eggs. Extend the steaks and put on them the ham, sausage cut in half, hard-boiled eggs, and on each side of them, a strip of carrots cooked. Wrap the steak to cover everything, with the help of a wire (wire north p. ex.). In a tachinho, pour the onion and the garlic cortadinhos to the sips and the olive oil. Place the onion, steaks, and let them cook on a low heat for 15 minutes, turning over them, gradually, to cozerem all the way around. Pour the wine and let it cook a little longer until they are cooked. Before serving, remove the thread and cut in slices to go to the table accompanied by white rice.
