Roast Lamb

  • 1 leg of lamb
  • 1 bottle of dry red wine
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper pepperoni
  • 1 envelope of fine herbs
  • 1 pinch of cumin (optional)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional )
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of olive oil


1. Beat in the blender olive oil and spices, except the rosemary

2. After, add the wine and rosemary

3. Book this marinated

4. Pierce the leg with a knife, so that the spice penetrate more easily in the flesh

5. In a transparent plastic bag, place the piece and the marinated

6. Remove the air and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 days

7. You can roast on the grill or in the oven
