Rice with ham and cheese

  • 4 cups (tea) steamed rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
  • 1 cup (tea) of ham, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of mozzarella cheese, chopped


Mix all ingredients well in a tigela.Coloque in an ovenproof dish and bake in a medium oven, preheated, for 10 minutes or until golden brown and melt the queijo.Sirva then.
