Leg of Lamb

  • 1 leg of lamb
  • 100g of margarine
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil
  • white wine
  • paprika
  • potatoes


Prepares a folder with the margarine, garlic, salt and pepper and sprinkle the ham.

Place the ham in a pyrex dish and drizzle with olive oil and white wine.

Arrange the potatoes peeled and seasoned with salt and sprinkle everything with paprika.

Take to bake in hot oven for about 1 hour, turning the ham occasionally and basting with sauce
