  • 1 Cup of warm milk
  • 3 Cups flour unleavened
  • 250 g of butter
  • 80 g of baker's yeast
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt, refined
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 150 grs. of ham
  • 200 grs. sausage homemade spring wiener (you can replace these by ham)
  • 150 grs. of cheese in slices (bar)


In a bowl, put the flour, warm milk with yeast dissolved, whole eggs, sugar, and salt. Whisk everything very well with the mixer, and when you are all well beaten, joins the melted butter and continue to beat until you win bubbles. Before you start the preparation of the dough turn on the oven to 180.

After the mass to be prepared, unta-if a board No. 40 with butter and sprinkles with flour and put half of the dough on the bottom of the board, putting first the chorizo or the spring wiener cut into small pieces to cover the mass, then add the ham in the same way that the spring wiener and by the end of the cheese also cut into pieces.

Finally, pour the rest of the mass spreading as well to cover all flesh, brush with egg yolk and bake it in the oven already quite warm, checking after a short time if it is already cooked. You can cut into small squares inside of the tray and place them in a basket with a cloth to taste.
