The rolled-up paper salmon

  • Fresh salmon: 2 Put
  • Carrot: 1
  • Green pepper: 1
  • Cream: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt thin taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Aluminium foil for wrapping fish: 2 pieces


Cut two pieces of aluminum foil. Put within each of the slices of salmon previously washed. Season with salt and pepper. Put on top of the salmon grated carrot, green pepper cut into strips, and the last of the cream.

Close the rolled-up paper and put in the oven pre-heated to 200 C for about 20 minutes. To pull out of the rolled-up paper and serve with white rice.
