Surprise Salmon

  • Salmon: 4 slices
  • Lemon: 1
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Carrot: 1
  • Leek: 1 stalk
  • Mushroom: 4
  • Lettuce: 2 sheets
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Salt and water to taste.


Cut four sheets of aluminum foil and place on each sheet a set of salmon. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the carrot, already cut off, for a few seconds. Add a little water and cook. Add leeks, mushrooms, lettuce, all cut into thin slices. Season with salt and cook in the frying pan, covered, until vegetables absorb the water. Pour the vegetable mixture on top of each set of salmon. Sprinkle with parsley and close the foil. Take the packages in the oven at 220 for about 10 minutes.
